Some of you may have heard the legends, the stories, the WILD tales of the cute but deadly mythical beasts known as catdeerdogs. But have any of you ever SEEN one!?
Well, brace yourselves…this, my friends, is a catdeerdog~
This strong, little animal (aka Mia) is…well, she’s a dog, yeah…to you normal folk. But in the magical realms, she is what they call a catdeerdog: a hybrid creature who is part dog, part cat, and part deer. From what I hear, she is quite important and born of the grandest lineage. One must respect her or forfeit his life. She is fiercely loyal and sworn to protect the one to whom she was assigned…at all costs.
This can include the most unpleasant of tasks.
She will prey upon your children in the dead of night.
I’m kidding.
But seriously, I don’t know what she does at night. Sometimes, I just hear constant growling…
***In all seriousness, this special little girl has been my muse the past couple of years in photography and obviously writing, so it seemed not only appropriate but quite necessary to establish this blog in her honor.
